Ingredients :

Rice                           
100gm Washed
Milk 1 Kg
Sugar 100 gm
Almonds 50 gm chopped
Raisins 50 gm
Pistachio 25 gm
Chhoti Elaichi
2-3 Powdered
Kesar 5-6 Flakes soaked in 2 tbsp Milk

Method :

  • Boil Milk in a big Utensil.
  • After the milk boils keep the milk on low flame and rice to it.
  • Cook till milk reduces to half the quantity stirring occasionally.
  • When the desired consistency in obtained add sugar and kesar syrup.
  • Mix well and add raisins and almonds.
  • Remove from fire and garnish with pista flakes.
  • serve either hot or cold.
