Rawa Laddu

Cooking Time : One Hour

Ingredients :

Rawa 250 gm
Flour 250 gm
Finely Grated Coconut 1 Cup (80 gm)
Sugar (powdered) 1 Cup (200 gm)
Ghee 3 Tsp (15 gm)
Milk 1 Cup (240 gm)
Cashewnuts (chopped) 1 Tbsp (15 gm)
Cardamom Powder 1/2 Tsp (2 gm)

Method :

  • Roast the rawa along with flour in a saucepan on a low heat till it turns slightly brown in color.
  • Then add grated coconut, sugar, ghee and milk and saute till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Add chopped cashewnuts and cardamom powder to the mixture and stir well.
  • Remove the pan from heat and when slightly cool, take small portions of the dough and roll into small laddus.
