Ingredients :

| Rawa |

| Sugar(powdered) |
1 Cup (200 gm) |
| Desiccated Coconut |
1 Cup (80 gm) |
| Curd |
1 Cup (200 gm) |
| Cashewnuts (chopped) |

| Cardamoms (powdered) |

Method :
- Sieve flour,rawa and baking powder twice together.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Gradually fold in the desiccated coconut and curd.
- Continue beating till the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Add the chopped cashewnuts and cardamom powder.
- Grease a cake tin and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake in a moderatly hot oven for 40 to 50 minutes or till done.
- Turn out of the cake tin and cool on a wire tray.
