Method :
- ROAST the rawa for five minutes on a low heat and keep aside.
- In a large pan bring one cup milk to a boil.
- Add ghee,sugar and cardamom powder.
- When the sugar dissolves, add roasted rawa, cashewnut powder, grated coconut and flour.
- Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
- Transfer a tiny portion on to a plate.
- If it can be rolled and is non sticky,remove the pan from heat.
- Pour the mixture onto a greased plate.
- Pour a little melted ghee on top.
- When slightly cool, the mixture should set firmly.
- Cut into desired shapes and decorate with Cashewnut halves.
