Cooking Time : 35 Minutes

Ingredients :

Rawa 250 gm
Milk 1 Cup (240 ml)
Sugar 500 gm
Cardamoms (powdered) 10
Cashewnuts (powdered) 25 gm
Grated Coconut 1 Cup (80 gm)
Flour 1 Tbsp (15 gm)
Ghee ,melted A little
A Handful of Cashewnut Halves -

Method :

  • ROAST the rawa for five minutes on a low heat and keep aside.
  • In a large pan bring one cup milk to a boil.
  • Add ghee,sugar and cardamom powder.
  • When the sugar dissolves, add roasted rawa, cashewnut powder, grated coconut and flour.
  • Stir continuously till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  • Transfer a tiny portion on to a plate.
  • If it can be rolled and is non sticky,remove the pan from heat.
  • Pour the mixture onto a greased plate.
  • Pour a little melted ghee on top.
  • When slightly cool, the mixture should set firmly.
  • Cut into desired shapes and decorate with Cashewnut halves.
