Ingredients :

| Grated Coconut |

| Cashewnuts (chopped) |

1 Cup (200 gm) |
| Cardamoms (powdered) |

| Milk (with cream) |
1/2 Cup (120 ml) |
| A Few Strands Saffron (soaked in a little warm milk) |

Method :
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Add rawa,flour and grated coconut and fry for a few minutes.
- Add the cashewnut pieces.
- Stir well.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- When cool,add sugar, cardamom powder and grind the mixture for a minute, so that all the ingredients get mixed well.
- Reheat the mixture in a pan and gradually add milk along with cream.
- Stir well.
- Keep stirring till the mixture begins to leave the sides of the pan.
- Add saffron milk, raisins and pistachios. Spread the mixture on a greased plate.
- When cool, cut into desired shaped pieces.
