Ingredients:

450 mL |
| Eggs |
3 nos |
| Caster Sugar |
3 tbsp |
| Vanilla Essence |
1/2 tsp |
| Nutmeg |

Method:
- Microwave milk in large Pyrex bowl for 1 minute on HIGH.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence together.
- Pour into milk and mix well.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Microwave for 18-20 minutes on MEDIUM LOW.
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes, covered with foil.
- Serve warm, with fresh fruit.
