Cooking Time: 30 min

Ingredients:

Milk 450 mL
Eggs 3 nos
Caster Sugar 3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1/2 tsp
Nutmeg

Method:

  • Microwave milk in large Pyrex bowl for 1 minute on HIGH.
  • Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence together.
  • Pour into milk and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with nutmeg.
  • Microwave for 18-20 minutes on MEDIUM LOW.
  • Allow to stand for 10 minutes, covered with foil.
  • Serve warm, with fresh fruit.
