Ingredients:
Cream

Egg Yolks

Vanilla Essence

Brown Sugar

Method:
- Heat cream in a jug for 5-6 minutes on HIGH or until it reaches boling point.Stir once during cooking.
- Beat egg yolks with sugar.Stir a little of the cream into yolks, then pour in remaining cream.
- Cook on MEDIUM for 4-5 minutes, until mixture thickens.Make sure mixture does not boil.
- Add vanilla, pour into pie plate and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar and GRILL for 5 minutes to caramelise the sugar.
- Chill well before serving with fresh fruit.
