Ingredients:

Cooking Chocolate
200g
Water
2 tbsp
Rum
2 tbsp
Sugar
1/4 cup
Egg Whites
3 nos
Thickened Cream
300 mL
Extra Cream
for decoration
Chocolate(grated)
30g

Method:

  • Place chocolate, water and rum in a large heatproof bowl.Melt for 1 minute on HIGH.Stir in Sugar.
  • Allow mixture to cool then whip until aerated.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Whip the cream until thick but not stiff.Fold cream and beaten egg whites into chocolate mixture.
  • Divide mixture evenly between four dessert glasses.Refrigerate until set.
  • Serve decorated with cream and chocolate shavings.
