Method:
- Preheat oven to 180o C.
- Place the dates in food processor and finely chop.Remove and place in a bowl.
- Process almonds and chocolate into chunky pieces.
- Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add caster sugar.
- Fold through almonds, chocolate and dates.
- Pour into lightly greased 26cm pie dish.Cook on Low Rack for 13-15 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180o C.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.
