Ingredients:

Dates
250g
Almonds
250g
Dark Chocolate
250g
Egg Whites
6 nos
Caster Sugar

1/2 cup

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180o C.
  • Place the dates in food processor and finely chop.Remove and place in a bowl.
  • Process almonds and chocolate into chunky pieces.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff; gradually add caster sugar.
  • Fold through almonds, chocolate and dates.
  • Pour into lightly greased 26cm pie dish.Cook on Low Rack for 13-15 minutes on LOW MIX/BAKE 180o C.
  • Dust with icing sugar and serve with cream.
