Method:
- Preheat oven to 200o C.
- Beat egg yolk, butter, sugar and flour together.Add milk and vanilla and beat well.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg whites into a pancake mixture.
- Pour even amounts of mixtures into 4-6 greased bread and butter plates.
- Place 3 on Low Rack and 3 on High Rack.Cook for 13-15 minutes on CONVECTION 200o C.
- Serve with berries and cream or ice-cream.
