Ingredients:

Eggs(separated)
2 nos
Butter(softened)
60g
Sugar
1/4 cup
Plain Flour
2/3 cup
Milk
1 cup
Vanilla 
1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200o C.
  • Beat egg yolk, butter, sugar and flour together.Add milk and vanilla and beat well.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold the egg whites into a pancake mixture.
  • Pour even amounts of mixtures into 4-6 greased bread and butter plates.
  • Place 3 on Low Rack and 3 on High Rack.Cook for 13-15 minutes on CONVECTION 200o C.
  • Serve with berries and cream or ice-cream.
