White Chocolate Mousse with strawberry sauce

Cooking Time: 30 min

Ingredients:

Nestle white chocolate
400g
Gelatine
1 tbsp
Cold Water
3 tbsp
Egg yolks
2 nos
Thickened Cream
2 cups
Strawberry Sauce:
Strawberries or Rasberries 250g
Icing Sugar
2 tsp

Method:

  • Place cream into a jug; warm on HIGH for 11/2 minutes.
  • Beat egg yolks until creamy; beat into warmed ream.
  • Melt chocolate for 3 minutes on MEDIUMLOW, stirring twice during cooking.
  • Pour cream mixture into chocolate.
  • Sprinkle gelatine over water.Heat on HIGH for 20 seconds to dissolve gelatine.Add to chocolate mixture.
  • pour into lightly greased moulds; refrigerate until set.Turn out, and serve with Strawberry Sauce.
  • STRAWBERRY SAUCE:
  • Puree strawberries or rasberries until smooth.Stir in icing sugar.Serve cold.
