Ingredients:
Bananas(halves,lengthwise)

Lemon juice

1/3 cup

Brown Sugar

4 tbsp

Cinnamon(ground)

Ginger(ground)

1 tsp

Orange JuiceĀ

1/2 cup

Butter
|
2 tbsp

Almonds(flaked)

1/2 cup

Method:
- Coat bananas with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Arrange bananas in an oven dish.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger with the orange juice.
- Pour mixture over bananas.
- Dot with butter.
- Cook on HIGH for 21/2 minutes or until bananas are tender.
- Toast almonds by cooking on HIGH for 2-3 minutes, stirringoccasionally.
- Sprinkle toasted almonds over bananas and serve hot with ice cream or cream.
