Ingredients :
Coconut Milk

Method :
- Clean, wash and soak rice in 1 cup of water for 1 hour.Then drain the water and grind the rice to form a paste.
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave coconut milk at 100% power for 6-7 mins.
- Add rice paste and microwave covered at 80% power for 8 mins. and at 60% power for 5-6 mins.
- Now add crushed jaggery and cream and mix with the paste.
- Microwave covered at 40% power for 5-6 mins. till it is thick.Allow to stand for 5 mins.
- Sprinkle desiccated coconut on it and serve.
