Flour(maida)

Method :
- Beat Oil/Ghee/Butter, sugar and curd together.
- Sieve flour, semolina and soda-bi-carbonate in a bowl.Add to the curd mixture.
- Add milk and make a soft dough into 20 small balls.
- Preheat the oven on "convection" at 1600 C.
- Place the balls 5 cms apart on non-stick tawa.Press each ball with your thumb and garnish with pistachio and cardamom powder.Bake at 1600 C for 15-20 mins. on lower rack.
- Serve with tea/coffee.
