Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(maida)
200 gms
Semolina(suji)
100 gms
Cooking Oil/Ghee/Butter
150 gms
Castor Sugar
150 gms
Curd
2 tbsp
Green Cardamom Powder
1 tsp
Soda-bi-Carbonate
1/4 tsp
Pistachio(chopped finely)
20 gms
Milk
4-5 tbsp

Method :

  • Beat Oil/Ghee/Butter, sugar and curd together.
  • Sieve flour, semolina and soda-bi-carbonate in a bowl.Add to the curd mixture.
  • Add milk and make a soft dough into 20 small balls.
  • Preheat the oven on "convection" at 1600 C.
  • Place the balls 5 cms apart on non-stick tawa.Press each ball with your thumb and garnish with pistachio and cardamom powder.Bake at 1600 C for 15-20 mins. on lower rack.
  • Serve with tea/coffee.
