Eggless Chocolate Cake

Cooking Time : 30 Minutes

Ingredients :

Grated Chocolate
100 gm
Baking Powder
2 Tsp
Butter
100 Gm
Maida ( Refined Flour )
1 1/2 Cup
Sugar
1 Cup
Vanila Essence
1 Tsp
Milk
3/4 Cup

Method :

  • Take grated chocolate and butter in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes
  • Sieve baking powder and refined flour together.
  • In chocolate - butter mix as crushed sugar and mix well.
  • Then add vanila essence and mix.
  • Now add refined flour mix and milk alternatively into the choco - butter mix to make liquidy batter
  • Then add cut cashew and almonds.
  • Transfer into greased microwave safe dish and microwave for 7 minutes.
  • Cut the cake after it cools down.
