Method :
- Preheat the oven on 'convection' at 1800 C.
- Sieve flour, soda-bi-carbonate, baking powder in a bowl.
- Beat butter and sugar well.Add honey and curd to it and rest of ingredients to the cake better.
- Grease the baking dish & pour batter into it.Bake at 1800 C for 30-35 mins. on the lower rack.Cool the cake on the wire rack for 10 mins.
- Garnish with your favourite icing and cream.
- Serve with tea/coffee.
