Cooking Time : 45 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(maida) 75 gms
Sugar 75 gms
Egg 3 nos
Essence few drops

Method :

  • Beat sugar and eggs together until it becomes thick and soft.
  • Sieve flour(maida) to it and fold it in the mixture.Add few drops of essence to it.
  • Grease the cake pan with ghee/butter.Sprinkle some flour (maida) on all sides.
  • Preheat oven to 4250 C.
  • Place the cake pan into oven and bake it for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
  • Check with knife. If it comes clear then cool it and cut into pieces.
  • If it is uncooked then cook again for two more minutes.
