Method :
- Beat sugar and eggs together until it becomes thick and soft.
- Sieve flour(maida) to it and fold it in the mixture.Add few drops of essence to it.
- Grease the cake pan with ghee/butter.Sprinkle some flour (maida) on all sides.
- Preheat oven to 4250 C.
- Place the cake pan into oven and bake it for 15-20 minutes until light brown.
- Check with knife. If it comes clear then cool it and cut into pieces.
- If it is uncooked then cook again for two more minutes.
