Method :
- Melt sugar in a pan until golden brown.Then spread it onto a baking sheet.
- Place pineapple slices and a cherry in a middle.
- Place walnuts where there is empty place between pineapples.
- Sieve baking powder, flour, cinnamon powder twice.
- Beat sugar and cream until it becomes light and fluffy.
- Beat egg and vanilla essence and add it to the sugar and cream beaten mixture.
- Mix all the mixture in milk.
- Put the mixture onto baking sheet above pineapple slices.
- Preheat oven to 3200 C.Bake it for 40 minutes.
- Allow it to cool for 7-8 mins then remove it in upside down manner so that pineapple slices will be on upper side.
