Cooking time : 15 minutes plus refrigeration time

Ingredients :

Jelly 1 Packet
Water 2 Cup
Mix Fruits 2 Cup
Strawberry Ice Cream 1 cup
Fresh cream/vanila Ice cream 1 cup

Method :

  • Boil water and add jelly crystals to it.
  • let it cool and refrigerate it till set.
  • When set beat the jelly nicely and add mix fruits to it.
  • Trasnsfer it to serving glasses and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Now add ice cream and fresh cream to each glass and garnish with cherry.
  • Serve immediately.
