Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(maida) 50 gms
Egg 1 nos
Ghee 1 tsp
Sugar 20 gms
Nutmeg(jaifal)(crushed) 1/2 nos
Vinegar Essence few drops
Baking Powder 3/4 tsp

Method :

  • Sieve flour and baking powder together.
  • Beat eggs and sugar together and add vinegar essence to it.
  • Now add flour and nutmeg (crushed) into it.
  • Add milk to it and make dough.Make equal sizes balls and roll it into roti.
  • Cut the roti in the middle with the help of dough cutter.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry pieces until golden brown.
  • Sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve.
