Coconut and Date Pudding

Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Fresh Coconut(crushed) 1/4 cup
Dates(khajoor) 1/2 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Sugar to taste
Egg White 1 nos

Method :

  • Cut date into 4 long slices.
  • Keep half of the date in the casserolle.
  • Put half of the crushed coconut on the dates layer.
  • Repeat it layer after layer.
  • Mix egg white and milk together and pour it in the casserolle.
  • Bake this until the colour of coconut changes.
  • Remove it from the caserolle and serve hot.
