Ingredients :
| Fresh Coconut(crushed) |
1/4 cup |
| Dates(khajoor) |
1/2 cup |
| Milk |
1/2 cup |
| Sugar |
to taste |
| Egg White |
1 nos |
Method :
- Cut date into 4 long slices.
- Keep half of the date in the casserolle.
- Put half of the crushed coconut on the dates layer.
- Repeat it layer after layer.
- Mix egg white and milk together and pour it in the casserolle.
- Bake this until the colour of coconut changes.
- Remove it from the caserolle and serve hot.
