Ingredients :

Seasonal Fruit 250 gms
Lemon 2 nos
Egg 4 nos
Baking Powder 1 gms
Flour(maida) 100 gms
Cream 100 gms
Sugar Powder 100 gms
Milk 250 gms
Custard Sauce 250 gms
Fruit Jam 50 gms
Jelly Cube 1 nos

Method :

  • First make sponge cake.
  • Cut sponge cake into pieces and soak it in water.Spread jelly evenly onto it.
  • Cut fruit into small pieces and spread it onto cake and jelly.
  • Now put sugar powder in it and beat it properly.
  • Add custard sauce on it.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Place cream and custard sauce on it.
  • Refrigerate it to set it and then design it with cream.
  • Serve when cooled.
