Method :
- Heat khoya (mawa) on a low flame.Keep note that it does not turn red.
- Pour sugar syrup in it and stir continuously.
- When it becomes sticky, then add crushed cardamons powder, kewda essence.
- Grease pan with ghee and pour kalakand in it.
- Sprinkle cardamoms powder, crushed pistachios and silver work on it.
- Cut into evenly sized pieces.
