Ingredients :
Flour (maida)

Curd

250 gms
|
Ghee
|
1/2 kg

Thick Sugar Syrup

1/2 kg

Method :
- Pour 125 gms ghee and curd in flour and mix well.
- Make sure there are no lumps.
- Make a dough by adding hot water to it.
- Take some small quantity of mixture in hand.And press it in one direction with the other hand.
- Repeat this multiple times and you will see different layers.
- Make a roll out of it and press with the thumb in the middle.
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Remove it from flame and put 4-5 rolls into it.Place the pan on flame again.
- Fry the rolls on low flame.Remove from flame if ghee gets too hot.
- Deep fry the rolls on a low flame.
- Remove after frying and put it in sugar syrup until syrup enters the rolls completely.
