Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour (maida)
1/2 kg
Curd
250 gms
Ghee
1/2 kg
Thick Sugar Syrup
1/2 kg

Method :

  • Pour 125 gms ghee and curd in flour and mix well.
  • Make sure there are no lumps.
  • Make a dough by adding hot water to it.
  • Take some small quantity of mixture in hand.And press it in one direction with the other hand.
  • Repeat this multiple times and you will see different layers.
  • Make a roll out of it and press with the thumb in the middle.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Remove it from flame and put 4-5 rolls into it.Place the pan on flame again.
  • Fry the rolls on low flame.Remove from flame if ghee gets too hot.
  • Deep fry the rolls on a low flame.
  • Remove after frying and put it in sugar syrup until syrup enters the rolls completely.
