Cooking Time : 40 minutes plus 1 day for fermenting
Ingredients :
Flour(maida)

Curd

Ghee

Orange Sugar Syrup

Method :
- Put curd in flour, add a bit of water and make a thick paste of it and keep it covered for a day.
- Next day mix it well.
- Make sugar syrup and heat it properly.
- Heat ghee in a flat pan.
- Take a thick cloth, make a hole into it and fill the mixture into it.
- Now with the help of that cloth, place that mixture into pan in the shape of jalebi.
- Turn on both the sides with the help of iron stick.
- Remove and dip in sugar syrup when it turns golden brown.
- Remove from sugar syrup after sometime and serve in a dish.
