Cooking Time : 40 minutes plus 1 day for fermenting

Ingredients :

Flour(maida)
1/2 kg
Curd
100 gms
Ghee
1/2 kg
Orange Sugar Syrup
1/2 kg

Method :

  • Put curd in flour, add a bit of water and make a thick paste of it and keep it covered for a day.
  • Next day mix it well.
  • Make sugar syrup and heat it properly.
  • Heat ghee in a flat pan.
  • Take a thick cloth, make a hole into it and fill the mixture into it.
  • Now with the help of that cloth, place that mixture into pan in the shape of jalebi.
  • Turn on both the sides with the help of iron stick.
  • Remove and dip in sugar syrup when it turns golden brown.
  • Remove from sugar syrup after sometime and serve in a dish.
