| Thickened Ricotta Cheese(khoya, mawa) or Cream |

Method :
- Mix flour and khoya properly, add 2 tbsp ghee and mix it.
- Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add salt and milk to it and make hard dough.
- Make 3 medium equal sized balls and roll it.
- Spread ghee in the middle and place all the 3 rolls one above the other.
- Then roll it again.
- Cut into different shapes and deep fry it in ghee.
- Take sugar syrup and add 1 tsp milk into it.Sprinkle saffron (kesar) on it.
- Dip the fried pieces into sugar syrup for 30 mins.
- Remove from sugar syrup and garnish with pistachios.
