Ingredients :

Method :
- Put sugar in a bowl then add 4 eggs and beat the mixture with an electric blender untill it starts forming peak. The stage comes in approximately 10 minutes of beating the mixture.
- Seive maida, cocoa powder, baking powder & salt , 3 times.
- When the sugar mixture is ready in step 1 add 2-3 tbsp hot water.
- Then add maida from step 2 in 3 portions to the sugar mixture. Mix with cut and fold method with very light hand.
- Add vanila essence and oil & mix in the same way.
- Pour the mixture in prepared baking tin.
- do not open oven door in between or before time.
- Take the cake out of the oven after 5 minutes of switching off the oven & then cover it with kitchen napkin before removing the cake from the tin.
Icing :
- 250 gm fresh cream and 5 tbsp castor sugar. Mix till the cream becomes thick like ice-cream.
- Cut cherries, add cherry syrup in pan. Then add cut cherries and 1 tsp. Corn flour. Till thick, keep aside.
Now cut the cake horizontalley into 2 equal halves. Spread some cream on it and few cherries. Then cover it with anoter cake piece. Cover the cake completely with cream and level it. Decorate with chocolate flakes and cherries and chill.
