Cooking Time : 20 minutes plus baking time

Method :
- Line & grease a cake tin. Place the chocolate & the milk in a pan and heat gently, stirring untill melted.
- Sift the flour and baking powder together.
- Cream the fat & sugar until light & fluffy and then beat in the egg yolks. One at a time.
- Fold in the flour mixture, & then add 3 quarters of the chocolate milk and beat until smooth.
- Stir in the remaining chocolate milk.
- Whisk the egg whites until fairly stiff and then fold 1Tbsp of the egg white into the chocolate mixture & lighten it.
- Carefully fold in the rest of egg whites in a gentle figure of eight motion with a metal spoon.
- Turn the cake mixture into the prepared tin and bake in a preheated oven 180 C for 40 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Pour the icing on the cake. To make it rich sandwich some icing in between the cake.
- Decorate with hazel nut.
