Method:
- marinade 500 gms of chicken with chilly powder, salt, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. cook till it starts crackling. Then add green chillies.
- Blend onion, ginger and garlic together and add to the pan. cook stirring continously till brown in colour.
- Now add tomato puree and then add garam masala, coriander powder, salt and chilli powder.Mix it well.Cook till oil seperates
- Add curd and after minutes add the chicken pieces.
- Add little bit of water so that it does not stick to the pan.
- Cook covered for 30 minutes.
- Add water to make gravy with desired consistency. Cook till done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves
