Method :
- In the curd mix the ginger garlic Paste, garam masala, turmeric, salt and sugar.
- Soak chicken cubes and let it marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Heat the oil and add chicken cubes.
- Fry on low fire till dry.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander and onion slices.
- Add lemon juice just before eating.
