Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients :

Chicken cubes, boneless
580 gm
Red Chilli Powder
To Taste
Turmeric (haldi) powder
1/2 tsp
Hommade Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp
Curd 1/2 Cup
Onion, Sliced 1
Garam masala
1 Tsp
Salt
To Taste
Sugar 1 Pinch
Lemon Juice 2 Tsp
Oil 3 Tbsp
Coriander (dhania) Leaves
For garnishing

Method :

  • In the curd mix the ginger garlic Paste, garam masala, turmeric, salt and sugar.
  • Soak chicken cubes and let it marinate for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat the oil and add chicken cubes.
  • Fry on low fire till dry.
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander and onion slices.
  • Add lemon juice just before eating.
