Cooking Time: 35 Minutes

Ingredients :

Boneless Mutton 1 Kg
Onions, Chopped 
4
Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp
Salt
To Taste
Turmeric (haldi) Powder
1 Tsp
Tomato Puree
1 Cup
Coriander (dhania) Leaves
1 Big bunch
Green Chillies 
8-9
Mustard Oil
4-5 Tbsp
Water 1 Cup

 

Method :

  • Wash green chillies and coriander leaves thoroughly and grind them together.
  • Boil the mutton with the salt & turmeric powder.
  • Wait for 1 whistle only, it should be half boiled.
  • Heat the oil in the kadai and fry the chopped onions till golden brown.
  • Add the half boiled mutton without the water.
  • Add Tomato Puree along with Hommade Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Fry till the oil leaves the masalas.
  • As soon the mutton is boiled add the coriander and green chillies paste and cook for another 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  • Serve it with rice.
