Ingredients :

Mutton Lamb Chops
6-8
Onions, Medium,Finely Chopped
3
Tomato Puree
70 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp
Curd (beaten) 30 gm
Salt To Taste
Cumin (jeera) Powder,Roasted
1 Tsp
Garam Masala
1-2 Tsp
Lemon Juice
3 Tbsp
Coriander (dhania) Leaves, Chopped
2-3 Tbsp

Method :

  • Take a heavy bottomed sauce pan and put the ginger garlic paste, onions, tomato Puree, mutton chops, curd, red chilli powder salt and water.
  • Stir and bring to boil.
  • Turn the heat to low,cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the mutton chops are almost cooked.
  • Add the cumin powder and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce thick.
  • Add the garam masala and lemon juice and stir.
  • Sprinkle fresh coriander over the top and serve.
