Method :
- Take a heavy bottomed sauce pan and put the ginger garlic paste, onions, tomato Puree, mutton chops, curd, red chilli powder salt and water.
- Stir and bring to boil.
- Turn the heat to low,cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until the mutton chops are almost cooked.
- Add the cumin powder and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or until the meat is tender and the sauce thick.
- Add the garam masala and lemon juice and stir.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander over the top and serve.
