Ingredients:

| Toned Milk |

| Soya Sauce |
1 Tbsp |
| Water |

| Garam Masala |
1/4 Tsp |
| Salt & Pepper |
To Taste |
| Cream |
1 Tsp |
Method:
- Place butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave at 100% power for 30secs.
- Add chicken pieces, 3 cups of water, salt, garam masala and microwave at 80% power for 3--4 mins. Allow to stand for 5 mins.
- Separate the chicken pieces from the stock.
- Add milk, sweet corn and cornflour (mixed in 1/2 cup of cold water) to the stock.Microwave for 5-6mins.at 100%power or till the corn is tender.
- Add the microwaved chicken pieces, and soya sauce to the bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with lightly beaten cream and spring onion.
- Serve Hot.
