Method:
- Preheat oven to 200o C.
- Toss chicken in combined French Onion soup and plain flour.
- Place chicken in a 2-litre casserole dish.Roast for 20 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
- Pour over apricot nectar and apricots.
- Roast for a further 10 minutes, uncovered, on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
- Serve hot with pasta.
