Apricot Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken marylands
4 nos
French Onion Soup
1 packet
Plain Flour
2 tbsp
Apricot Nectar
125 mL
Apricot(halves, drained)
825g

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 200o C.
  • Toss chicken in combined French Onion soup and plain flour.
  • Place chicken in a 2-litre casserole dish.Roast for 20 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
  • Pour over apricot nectar and apricots.
  • Roast for a further 10 minutes, uncovered, on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
  • Serve hot with pasta.
