Chicken Thigh Fillets(cubed)

Method:
- Melt butter in a large casserole dish for 40 seconds on HIGH.
- Stir in onions.Cook for 4 minutes on HIGH.
- Add remaining ingredients except yoghurt.
- Cook for 30 minutes on MEDIUM, stirring twice during cooking.
- Stir in yoghurt.
- Serve with boiled rice and pappadams.
