Chicken Curry

Cooking Time: 45 min

Ingredients:

Chicken Thigh Fillets(cubed)
6 nos
Butter
60g
Onions(chopped)
2 nos
Apple(peeled and finely chopped)
1 nos
Curry powder
2 tbsp
Cornflour
2 tbsp
Chicken Stock
11/2 cups
Fruit Chutney
1/4 cup
Natural Yoghurt
2 tbsp
Sultanas
1/4 cup

Method:

  • Melt butter in a large casserole dish for 40 seconds on HIGH.
  • Stir in onions.Cook for 4 minutes on HIGH.
  • Add remaining ingredients except yoghurt.
  • Cook for 30 minutes on MEDIUM, stirring twice during cooking.
  • Stir in yoghurt.
  • Serve with boiled rice and pappadams.
