Method:
- Toss chicken thighs in flour.
- Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms,in a 2-litre casserole dish.
- Cover and cook for 50 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.Stir halfway through cooking.
- Add mushrooms.Cook, uncovered, a further 5 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
