Cooking Time:30 minutes

Ingredients:

Minced Meat 500 gms
Peas 200 gms
Onion(finely chopped) 200 gms
Tomato Puree 1 cup
Cumin Seeds(jeera) 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Curd 2 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt and Black Pepper Powder to taste

Method:

  • In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oil at 100% power for 30 secs.
  • Add spices and microwave for 1 min. at 100% power.
  • Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and microwave for 3 mins. at 100% power.
  • Mix tomato puree & peas and microwave for 5 mins at 100% power.
  • Lastly, add minced meat and curd and microwave (covered) for 3-4 mins. at 80% power.Stir in between.
  • Allow to stand for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot with naan/parantha/chapati.
