| Ginger Garlic Paste |

| Red Chilli Powder |

| Garam Masala Powder |

| Curd |
2 tbsp |
| Oil |
1 tbsp |
| Salt and Black Pepper Powder |

Method:
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave oil at 100% power for 30 secs.
- Add spices and microwave for 1 min. at 100% power.
- Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and microwave for 3 mins. at 100% power.
- Mix tomato puree & peas and microwave for 5 mins at 100% power.
- Lastly, add minced meat and curd and microwave (covered) for 3-4 mins. at 80% power.Stir in between.
- Allow to stand for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with naan/parantha/chapati.
