Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Boneless Fish(cut into 10 small pieces) 500 gms
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
For Paste:
Coriander(dhania) 1 bunch
Coconut(grated) 1/2
Mint(pudina) 1 bunch
Garlic Flakes 4 nos
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Salt & Black Pepper Powder to taste
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Banana Leaves(for wrapping, cut into small square pieces) 2 nos

Method:

  • Wash the fish and rub lemon juic, salt and red chilli powder on it and keep aside for 15-20 mins.
  • Make a fine paste of all the ingredients given abov. Rub well over the pieces and refrigerate for an hour.
  • Cut the banana leaves into small square pieces(10 pieces).
  • Wrap each fillet in the banana leaves and seal with a tooth prick. Microwave at 100% pwer for 4-5 mins. In a microwave safe flat dish.
  • Allow to stand for 2 mins.Unwrap serve with lemon slices and salad.
