Lababdar Macchi Curry

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

Fish(cut into pieces)
500 gms
Onions(paste)
2 large
Garlic(paste)
2 tsp
Ginger(paste)
1 tsp
Tomato Pure
3 tbsp
Veg. Oil
1 tbsp
Beaten Curd
2 tbsp
Salt & Black Pepper Powder
to taste
Fish Curry Powder
1 tbsp
Curry Leaves
3-4
Mustard Seeds
1 tsp
Dry Red Chillies
2-3
Green Coriander
1 tbsp

Method:

  • Microwave oil in a microwave safe bowl at 100% power for 30 secs.
  • Add mustard seeds, red chilies, curry leaves µwave for 2 mins. at 10 power.
  • Add paste of all spices and microwave at 100% power for 3-4 mins. Stir in between.
  • Now add curd and fish curry powder. Microwave for 2 mins. at 100% power.
  • Add fish pieces(covered) and microwave at 60% power for 5-6 mins.
  • Allow to stand for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice.
