Tandoori Chicken

Cooking Time : 15 minutes plus marinade time

Ingredients :

Chicken
800 gms

For Marinade :

Lemon Juice
3 tsp
Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp
Curd
1 cup
Garlic Paste
1 tsp
Green Chilli Paste
1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder
1/2 tsp
Oil
for brushing 
Salt
to taste
Edible Red Color

few drops

Ginger Paste

1 tsp

Method :

  • Wash the chicken and make diagonal incisions all over it.
  • Mix all ingredients of the marinade.Add the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Put the chicken into the high rack on non-stick tawa/rotisserie or microwave safe flat dish on "combination 3" for 9-10 mins.Now brush with oil and grill for 15-20 mins.Reposition frequently.
  • Sprinklewith chat masala.
  • Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
