Method :
- Wash the chicken and make diagonal incisions all over it.
- Mix all ingredients of the marinade.Add the chicken pieces and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Put the chicken into the high rack on non-stick tawa/rotisserie or microwave safe flat dish on "combination 3" for 9-10 mins.Now brush with oil and grill for 15-20 mins.Reposition frequently.
- Sprinklewith chat masala.
- Serve hot with onion slices and lemon wedges.
