Crispy Paneer in Schezwan Sauce |

Ingredients :Paneer Cornflour Maida Water Spring Onion Black Pepper Salt Oil
| 250gms 1/4 Cup 1/4 Cup 1 1/2 Cups 3 Finely chopped 1/2 Tsp to taste ForFrying

For schezwan Sauce : Kashmiri Mirch Garlic Ginger SpringOnion Vinegar Oil Black Pepper Tomato Sauce Soya Sauce Salt | 1Tbsp 5-6 cloves 1" Piece 2 1 tsp 1 tbsp 1/4 tsp 1 tsp 1/2 tsp To taste |
Method : - Cut Paneer. Mix all the ingredients except oil to a paste.
- Dip paneer in it and deep fry it on high flame.
- Drain excess oil and keep aside.
- For sauce, Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste. Cook for half a minute.
- Then add spring onions chopped and kashmiri mirch.
- Cool and then chop in a chopper.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients of sauce to it and heat.
- Bring it to boil and then add paneer to it.
- Garnish with spring onion greens.
