Cooking Time: 30 Minutes Ingredients :| Potatoes | 250 Gms | | Butter | 1 Tsp | | Cornflour | 1 Tbsp | | Garlic Flakes | 7-8 chopped | | Spring Onion | Finely Chopped | | Green Chillies | Green Chillies | | Tomato Sauce | 1 Tbsp | | Soya Sauce | 2 Tbsp | | Vinegar | 1 Tbsp | | Salt | To Taste | | Pepper | To Taste |
METHOD:- Wash,peel and potatoes into long fingers.
- Place these in a covered microwave safe bowl and steam at 100%power for 8 mins.Keep aside to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan and add butter.
- Add chopped garlic,onions and green chilies and cook for 2 mins. Now add the steamed potatoes to it and mix.
- Add cornflour(mixed in 1/2 cup cold water),soya sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar,red colour,salt and pepper to the steamed potatoes. Cook(covered)for 3-4 mins.Stir in between.
- Allow to stand for 5 mins.and serve hot.
