Method:
- Combine peanut butte, yoghurt, chutney, lemon jiuce, soy sauce, sherry, chilli, shallots, cumin, curry powder, ginger and cocunut cream in a bowl.Mix well.
- Toss drumsticks in flour and then coat in satay sauce.Marinate for 1-2 hours.
- Place pappdams on turntable.Cook for 11/2 minutes on HIGH.Allow to cool, then crumble.
- Preheat oven to 200o C.
- Coat drumsticks with pappadams.
- Place on Low Rack and cook for 17-19 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
