Honey Chicken Legs

Cooking Time: 31/2 hours

Ingredients:

Chicken Legs

8 nos
Soy Sauce
250 mL
Honey 4 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Garlic(crushed)
1 clove
Ginger(Freshly, grated)
1/2 tsp
Oil
2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds
 

Method:

  • Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic, ginger and oil.Pour  over chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 200o C.
  • Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Place directly on Low Rack.Cook for 14-16 minutes on HIGH MIX/ROAST 200o C.
