Garlic Sauce

Cooking Time : 15 Minutes

Ingredients : 

Garlic
15 Cloves
Oil
1 Tbsp
Tomato Sauce
2 Tbsp
Water
3/4 Cup
Pepper
1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce
1/2 tsp
Cornflour
1 Tbsp mixed with 1/4 cup water
Sugar
a pinch
ajinomoto
1/4 tsp
  

Method :

  • Grind garlic to a fine paste.
  • Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic for 2 minutes on slow fire.
  • Add tomato sauce, pepper, salt and soya sauce.
  • Cook for one minute.
  • Add sugar and ajinomoto.
  • Add water and bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Add cornflour mixed with water stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from fire and pour in serving bowl.
