Method :- Grind garlic to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic for 2 minutes on slow fire.
- Add tomato sauce, pepper, salt and soya sauce.
- Cook for one minute.
- Add sugar and ajinomoto.
- Add water and bring to boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cornflour mixed with water stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from fire and pour in serving bowl.
