Cooking Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients :

Boiling :

Noodles
150 gms
Water
4 cups
Oil
2 tsp
Salt
1 tsp

For Frying :

Onions(sliced)
2 nos
Capsicums(sliced)
2 nos
Cabbage(shredded)
100 gms
Carrots(shredded)
2 nos
Beans(chopped)
50-75 gms
Garlic Flakes(chopped)
9-10 nos
Oil
2 tsp
Soya Sauce
2 tbsp
Tomato Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Ajinomotto
a pinch
Salt & Black Pepper Powder
to taste

Method:

  • In a big microwave safe bowl add water, oil and salt boil for 7-8 mins. at 100% power.
  • Add noodles and boil for 6-7 mins. at 100% power.Stir in between.
  • Strain and wash under cold running water (to avoid stricking).Keep aside.
  • In another microwave safe bowl add oil microwave at 100% power for 30 secs.
  • Add all chopped vegetables and microwave for 4-5 mins. at 100% power.Stir in between.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato chilli sauce, vinegar and ajinomoto.Stir it.
  • Now add the boiled noodles to vegetables and stir it.Microwave for 1 min. at 80% power.Serve hot with sauce and soup.
