Cooking Time : 40 minutes
Ingredients : | Cauliflower Florets | 1 Medium | | Bunch of Spring Onions | 1 | | Ginger Finely Chopped | 2 Tsp | | Garlic | 1 Tbsp | | Refined flour | 1/4 Caup | | Cornflour | 3 Tbsp | | Red Chilli Powder | 1/4 Tsp | | Red Chillies dry | 2 | | Oil | 1 Tbsp and for frying | | Water | 1 1/2 Cup | | Milk | 1 Tbsp |
Method : - Boil Florets for 3-4 minutes in plenty of water to which a tbsp of milk has been added.
- Drain and pat dry on a clean cloth.
- Make thin batter out of flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, half of ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Dip the florets in the batter one by one and deep fry on high flame. Keep aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and add remaining ginger, garlic, and crush red chillies.
- Add salt and spring onions.
- Stir fry for 1 minute. and water and bring to boil.
- Add soya sauce and chilli sauce and mix.
- Mix 1 tbsp cornflour with 1/4 cup water and add to the wok stirring continuously.
- Boil it gravy is of desired consistency.
- Add fried cauliflower and serve hot.
