Cooking Time : 30 minutes plus marination time
Ingredients :

| Vinegar |

| Tomato Ketchup |

Method :

Mix soya sauce, vinegar, oil, tomato ketchup, salt, and pepper.

Boil, peel and prick the baby potatoes with fork and marinate in the sauce mix for 2-3 hours stirring occasionally.

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic - chilli paste.

Add a liitle water and cook for a few minutes.

Add the potatoes and the sauce to the pan.

Cook till the moisture has dried up and garnish with spring onion green.
