Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Flour(Maida)
100 gms
Salt
to taste
Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp
Green Coriander(chopped)
1/2 tsp
Ghee
2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp
Cabbage
100 gms
Onions
1 nos
French Beans
100 gms
Capsicum
1 nos
Tomato Sauce
1 tsp
Chilli Sauce
1 tsp
Soya Sauce
1 tsp

Method :

  • Add water to flour to make a thick dough.
  • Roll it out in a form of roti and roast it on 1 side.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.Add cabbage, onions, french beans, capsicum, salt , garam masala powder and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce and soya sauce.
  • Now place this mixture on the roasted roti on the side.And make a roll from it.
  • Leave it for sometime and it into pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry those pieces.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce.
