Method :
- Finely chop all the vegetables.Grind finely ginger and garlic.
- Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
- Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, ajinomoto and mix it well.
- Add flour (maida), cornflour and mix well.Prepare balls from it.
- Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry manchurian balls.
- Heat ghee in a pan.Add onions and saute it for 2-3 mins.Add ginger, garlic (finely chopped), green chillies.
- Add tomatoes to it.Cook it for 2 mins. and then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and cook it until ghee starts separating from mixture.
- Add 2 cups water.
- Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add it to the pan.
- Add manchurian balls after 3-4 minutes.
- Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot.
