Cooking Time : 30 minutes

Ingredients :

Cabbage
100 gms
Carrot
100 gms
Cauliflower
100 gms
Onions
2 nos
Green Chillies
4 nos
Ginger(chopped)
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
Garlic Flakes
4 nos
Ajinomoto
1 tsp
Soya Sauce
1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp
Vinegar
2 tsp
Cornflour
1 cup
Flour(maida)
1/2 cup
Ghee

for frying

For Gravy :

Tomato
3-4 nos
Onions(chopped)
1/2 cup
Ginger
2 tsp
Garlic
2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp
Chilli Sauce
2 tsp
Vinegar
2 tsp
Soya Sauce
1 tsp
Corn Flour
2 tsp

Method :

  • Finely chop all the vegetables.Grind finely ginger and garlic.
  • Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, salt, ajinomoto and mix it well.
  • Add flour (maida), cornflour and mix well.Prepare balls from it.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and deep fry manchurian balls.
  • Heat ghee in a pan.Add onions and saute it for 2-3 mins.Add ginger, garlic (finely chopped), green chillies.
  • Add tomatoes to it.Cook it for 2 mins. and then add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and cook it until ghee starts separating from mixture.
  • Add 2 cups water.
  • Mix cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add it to the pan.
  • Add manchurian balls after 3-4 minutes.
  • Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
